One of our favourite meals to make is homemade Pizza. It’s super simple, tastes delicious and adds a little fun to a weekend night in at home. We follow this recipe for the dough – it’s really easy! For toppings we love tomato base, chicken, cranberry (or plum) sauce, pesto, avocado, mushrooms and cheese of course!
We love pairing homemade pizza with roasted veges. Our favourites are pumpkin, kumara, carrot and potato. Just wash, chop, throw in a dish and sprinkle with olive oil and your favourite seasonings – we use salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
To accompany our roasted veges I love Greek yoghurt and tomato sauce while M (my boyfriend) loves sweet chilli sauce and garlic aioli.
