I love a good ice cream sundae. Give me vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce and m&ms and I’ll be a happy girl! One of my favourite desserts is a DIY sundae bar. It looks impressive but it’s easy to set up and guests love it! I wanted to do something along the lines of a sundae bar but with a little twist. Instead of using regular ice cream in a tub I used ice cream on a stick (think Magnums and Memphis Meltdowns) and ice cream in a cone (think Trumpets and Cornettos). The concept is pretty simple; you take your ice cream, dip it in chocolate sauce and then decorate with candy and sprinkles.
